2. Multi-Vendor Marketplace

Gazimartbd.com acts as a marketplace where independent vendors (Sellers) list and sell their products. While we strive to maintain high standards, the actual contract for sale is directly between the Buyer and the Vendor.

3. User Accounts

To place an order, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

We and our vendors strive to provide accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Product availability is subject to the vendor's stock.

5. Payment and Shipping

We accept various payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD) and mobile banking.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the vendor's location and the courier service.

6. Return and Refund

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within the specified timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gazimartbd.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of products sold by third-party vendors on our platform.

২. মাল্টি-ভেন্ডার মার্কেটপ্লেস

গাজীমার্ট বিডি একটি অনলাইন মার্কেটপ্লেস যেখানে বিভিন্ন স্বাধীন বিক্রেতা (Vendors) তাদের পণ্য প্রদর্শন ও বিক্রি করেন। পণ্য বিক্রয়ের মূল চুক্তিটি সরাসরি ক্রেতা এবং বিক্রেতার মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়।

৩. ইউজার অ্যাকাউন্ট

কেনাকাটা করার জন্য আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হতে পারে। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের গোপনীয়তা এবং পাসওয়ার্ড রক্ষা করার দায়িত্ব আপনার। এই সাইটটি ব্যবহার করতে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে অথবা অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

৪. মূল্য এবং পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা

সাইটে প্রদর্শিত সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) নির্ধারিত।

আমরা এবং আমাদের বিক্রেতারা সঠিক মূল্য প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করি, তবে অনিচ্ছাকৃত ভুল হলে আমরা অর্ডারটি বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।

পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা বিক্রেতার স্টকের ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

৫. পেমেন্ট এবং শিপিং

আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) এবং মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং সহ বিভিন্ন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করি।

ডেলিভারির সময় একটি সম্ভাব্য ধারণা মাত্র; বিক্রেতার অবস্থান এবং কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কারণে সময় কম-বেশি হতে পারে।

৬. রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড

পণ্য ফেরত বা রিফান্ডের বিষয়টি আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে। পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় তা যাচাই করে নিতে হবে এবং কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।

৭. দায়বদ্ধতা

আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে তৃতীয় পক্ষ (বিক্রেতা) কর্তৃক বিক্রিত পণ্যের কোনো প্রকার পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য গাজীমার্ট বিডি কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী থাকবে না।
